Please reboot after installation and the icon should show up. Should your 'app list' be empty, just refresh the app list and that should solve it.

The icon disappeared too after the update to Blackberry App World 4.0.0.63. after serveral tries of different ways to reload, I only can conclude that I will not recover the icon. I believe that the designer should answer about this kind of problem it appears for quite a lot of users. I have gold 9700 and OS 6.0. I'm trying to come back to Blackberry App World 4.0.0.55. I will see what it will happen.
