Well, not all, you haven't read and follow the directions i posted about five posts up in this thread.

repeat:

Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
After download, please restart your BlackBerry smartphone when prompted.
Verify that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

You might want to delete the current AppWorld first... from Options > Device > Application Management, then reboot. Then follow the link above from your BlackBerry browser.

I did it, but the app world is not on the home screen. I deleted the old one, did all the process and nothing. What else can I do?

You said you still see 4.0.0.65, then you have not done exactly as I instructed. It can't be both ways.

Rigth now I have 4.0.0.55 because the other one didn't work
