Blackberry App World Account disabled! PLEASE HELP!

Good Day,

I am currently doing some work for a company.

My Client cannot access their account.

I have also tried to access it and I have been unsuccessful.

We only get a message that the account has been disabled??

Please can anybody help as the client really needs to access their account ASAP.

I have read online that a lot of people have the same problem.

Please assist.

Kind Regards,

Louis

Re: Blackberry App World Account disabled! PLEASE HELP!

Where are you logging in to the App World account.. .on the BlackBerry handheld?

Try doing so from a PC at blackberry.com/appworld and see if it logs in.

Ok, and what if you either of you try to connect to AppWorld via your handheld?

Are either of you connected to a BES enterprise Exchange corporate server for email?

Re: Blackberry App World Account disabled! PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

Not working via handsets either.

Not connected to a BES enterprise Exchange corporate server for email.

I have seen this issue been logged a few times online. Can I perhaps provide the username?

Is there some way you can check and see what the actual current status is, and why is it disabled?

Thanks.

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration.

I think it odd that both your friend and you have it disabled.

Are you connected to a WiFi router? Try turning off your WiFi.

Otherwise, you need to contact MTN for technical support on this issue.
