I have been trying to register with Blackberry App world since 21st of December and have heard absolutely nothing back apart from the auto replies. Is there any way of contacting Blackberry?
I have tried calling RIM head offices but was forwarded to someones answer machine. If someone from Blackberry reads this then my incident number is INC000022096078. Please someone help we are overdue getting our App onto Blackberry app world and some form of contact would be much appreciated.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I can't believe that nobody has had this issue with Blackberry. Even with this post on the forum nobody from Blackberry has contacted me.

Still no reply from Blackberry. This can't be a good advert for them.

Hello.
In regards to your hope that RIM will see your message -- these forums are a user-to-user support channel, not a user-to/from-RIM conduit. As such, it is unlikely that they will see what you have written. However, if you have specific and constructive ideas for them, I have heard that they accept such via email to bbsuggestions@rim.com.
Front line support for BB's is, by contract, not provided by RIM. The carriers and authorized resellers are responsible for front line formal support to end users, including AppWorld support. I suspect this is why you have had difficulty finding a way to get support direct from RIM. It is possible to bypass your carrier and seek assistance direct from RIM, but such involves fees since you are bypassing your support agreement with your carrier. The "Support and Services" tab toward the top of these forum pages provide information about that. But, if you do go through your carrier for support, they can escalate into RIM at no fee to you if they so choose to.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I have emailed the address you gave me on the 17th but have received nothing back as of yet. I have re-emailed Blackberry support. I agree now that Blackberry probably won't see this however it might be a warning for other perspective blackberry developers regarding projected waiting times for Blackberry App world registration.
