Hi, My blackberry app world icon is missing from the main menu. I've tried to download the app world but still unable to view the icon. Hence I'm unable to download any applications. While I've tried to download thru browser - the error message prompted is Internal Server Error. I'm also unable to set any pictures as my wall paper maybe because there's a downloaded themes currently in use which I'm unable to delete as the i'm also unable to go into app world. Please assist.

Hi I've already downloaded the application via email and it says that the application has been downloaded. However the icon is still not appearing on the Menu. Also I've checked under the applicaitons - files-downloads-26e95584, the software is available however the since the icon is not appearing anywhere on my phone i'm unable to update any blackberry world applications. I'm also unable to sign in to Myworld in BB app world. Need urgent assistance to fix this.

have downloaded the latest blackberry app, still unable to see the icon

Then use "resolution 1" and do not install the latest.
