Hi, I have given my blackberry torch 9800 to a family member as I have bold 9900 now, however when he tries to download an App from the Apps store, it is still coming up with my email address and won't let him create new details.  Can anyone help please.

Connect your device to your PC, and open App World in your browser (Computer Browser) and have your family member (login or Sign up) for a new BBID and you will be prompted to connect the device (by PIN) to the PC and your family member should have no problems after that.

Dont suppose you know anything about Samsung Galaxy S11. My husband has updated the software and doesn't like it and I have been trying all day to get an answer from Samsung forum web page.
