Hi,

 

Dnt know if this will help u but it's worth a try...

 

do a battery pull restart of ur BB...take out the battery when ur BB is switched ON...keep it that way for 5-10 seconds and then again reinsert the battery and let ur BB restart...now try downloading the App world in ur BB...

Unfortunately not - just don't understand why the download doesn't work and why there isn't another some fix to this -as I can't now downlaod any apps, I'll have to wait until I get a new phone I've had a blackberry forever, but think its definely  time to change when even blackberry can't sort out a basic problem.  Very disappointed.

Am giving u other options, but those are not applicable for u as u cant use ur office desktop/laptop for downloads...

Unfortunately, i don't see these as options my blackberry is a phone not a PC so why would it be possible to download a fix to a PC yet not my phone.  VERY strange maybe that's what you want - the blackberry app world on peoples PC's like itunes so you buy and run everything from one account???????

 

So no this doesn't offer me a solution. I have a blackberry phone that I now can't download apps too.  As I say VERY VERY disapppointed - I've had about eight different blackberry phones - would I buy a blackberry again sorry no if this is the service you get when you have a problem.

That u can easily find in the BB website or in google...else u can visit a BB shop/showroom and they can give u all the details...
