About three days ago my phone was acting out and one of the apps was not working properly. I did upgrade my phone (that took about 2 hours) and last two days I am still having problems with my app world and apps - it says "There is an issue with AppWodld - must close now. I have no idea what's going on...can someone help me?? Please?? It's very frustrating

Please Go through those Knowledge Base Articles regarding the error message you are recieving on app world :
KB13803 : "There is an issue with BlackBerry App World. BlackBerry App World must now close." is encountered when opening BlackBerry App World.
KB24457 : "There is an issue with BlackBerry App World. BlackBerry App World must now close" appears and BlackBerry App World closes unexpectedly.
So you had to try and see which helps in resolving your issue.
