Good Morning

On my Blackberry Curve 8520 there is no Blackberry ID.If I go to OPTIONS on phone everything is there exept Blackberry ID.

If I go to App World and My World,it ask to install new version i say yes then It tells me can't connect to the server.This is going on for about 2 week.Contacting Blackberry ID server 0% the whole time.So I can't download anything from my phone,but I can however from PC. I sign in with my Backberry ID and no problem.

Please help.

Using your phone's browser, you can download the Blackberry App World thru http://blackberry.com/appworld

I did do that.It is downloaded on my phone,but if I go to my world ,nothing happens!! It is asking me to update and if I say yes it is saying can't connect to the server.

Please restart the phone by removing and placing the battery back while the device is ON. This process fixes the application modules in it without losing any data stored. Let us know if you still experience the issue after this.
