When I log in on the Blackberry site with my Blackberry ID I only have two options, Account Details or Log out. I can not buy apps online and it certainly doesn't enhance my experiance! On the other hand when I try to log into app world on handset I get the error message 'Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World Server. Verify your network settings and try again' I can only assume these two things are related. I have been experiancing this issue since I changed my email address on my blackberry ID as my original email address is no longer in use. I have read through lots of forums on the error message that I have on App World and non of them apply to me - though I have tried all the work arounds (have the most up to date app world, I don't have multiple email addresses associated with paypal, I have checked the box in Advanced Security, TLS, I have logged in to my Blackberry ID on a desktop but have no options other than account details (which is complete) and log out). I have recently upgraded to a 9900 and still have the same issue. I have emailed Blackberry but so far no response. I have also left similar posts to this all over these forums praying for a reply! My blackberry ID still works on Blackberry Protect. I am completely losing faith in Blackberry as this is the first issue I have had with the service and I am finding it almost impossible and extremely frustrating to communicate with them. There appears to be online help on Twitter - I don't use Twitter and would have absolutely not idea how to ask for help on it! I can only find one phone number (after lots of searching) that says I will be charged for advice (!!!!!!!) and it doesn't seem to cover my issue - and I certainly don't want to pay to find out. Please Please Please can someone help me with this issue before I return my device and get an Android!
