hey guys, i am currently using a BB 8520...the problem is i just upgraded my blackberry app world to the latest version and after installing it as usual i have to install the blackberry ID again...after numerous tries it happens that i couldn't install my blackberry ID and it prompts out a msg stating that "Blackberry Identity installation failed please try again later (80003)"...can someone help me on this issue URGENT..! thanks

I have EXACTLY the same problem!  Already went on the website and created a BBID, but it doesn't even ask me for that on my device, it just gives the message exactly like you quoted, when I try to go into app world.  If someone has an answer for us, please do share! Thanks.

We all have the same problem. I really don't know why this is happening. It only started when I upgraded to the latest version. I really hope someone has an answer to this issue..Thanks

My only resolution was to update via wifi.

Yeah I'd like to know too

Turn Wifi antenna on.
Connect to or setup a new wifi connection.
Note: Wifi must have internet connectivity.
Open app world and update when prompted.

Had the same problem on my wife's 8520, tried the wi-fi installation option and it worked 100%.

Just wanna let you guys know that I had finally solved the problem...yeah...you have to connect to the wifi and update install your blackberry ID! I think its a problem about our BB8520 normal 2g data speed is not that consistent to update install the blackberry I'd!
