I live in South Africa and I tried the Wi-Fi option.  Still doesn't want to work!  Anything else I can try? Please help!

I am also in SA, and it worked for me. Maybe make sure your wi-fi is connected properly and that you have a proper internet connection. I don't think there is a way to 'rollback' app world. What you can try and do, maybe, is going to http://appworld.blackberry.com/ and then do the installation of AppWorld from there and see if you can maybe install an older version from there....

Kay ill also try that, if not I'm going to the people who sold me the phone, its barely a month of and its already having problems

Another option that I have seen on the forums here is to check that your timezone is set correctly on your phone. If you're in SA, this should be set to Harare.
