Did you remove/delete BB protect app,restart phone by battery pull off,re-install BB protect and login with your BB ID then go to BB app world again?

Installed BB Protect for the first time today. Logged in, then went to App World, still got error message. Took the battery out and tried again. Still getting error message. What now?

That's exactly what happened to me so I decided to downgrade app world

You can wipe your handset and install applications afresh with older version of BB app world
