Oh, then I don't know what's wrong. On my phone I first deleted app world and then followed the link and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for the fix. Uninstalled Appworld, re-installed from link above and all sorted!

It depends on what phone you have, but it should be under Network Connections. If you have a wireless network, it might be possible to solve the problem.

On the Home Screen, go to Manage Connections, then turn on wi-fi, and enter any security details that might be required under Setup wi-fi Network. That should then connect you to your wireless network. You can then try installing the BB ID again. Hope it works for you. Many other people couldn't get it to work.
