Hi there,

I uninstalled "blackberry protect" , installed the id and then reinstalled "blackberry protect.  Apparently it blocks the id installation...

Wrong thread for the question, but it depends on what phone you have. The 8520 cannot get the version 6 software, unfortunately. Sorry...
