I have forgotten both my Blackberry ID login password and the answer to the security question and cannot find any way to reset both on the support pages.
Can anyone please suggest a solution?

What if you no longer have that email. Then what can you do to reset it or delete that accout?
And if you have Sprint for a carrier is there a way to buy apps and have it billed to your cellphone bill instead of having to use paypal?

Thank you - I still had the donotreply email saved and managed to delete the old profile and start again.
I do not know what I would have done if I hadnt kept the email though!!

I do not have that email anymore. What solution is provided for that case ?
I can't update or download apps anymore juste because I can't remember both l password and Securtiy answer. There isn't even a "reset your password" link
Can somebody help me please ?

I tried to delete Blackberry Apps, and it came back that "this file can not be deleted." I messaged Vodafone who said the situation was handled by Blackberry.
I am tearing my hair out.
It is only Blackberry Apps I can't log on to. Everything else is working fine. It tells me my security question answer is wrong, if it is it is by accident.
I can't change my password because I can't answer my security question.
I registered in good faith, and I am now paying a monthly fee to Vodafone for a service I can only half use.
Please someone sort this mess out for me.

I tried again this morning to delete my ID registration, and it worked, even though last evening I tried it three times and it didn't.
I have now reinstalled my ID and all seems fine.
I have saved the email message with the delete link on it to my saved maessages file.

Sorry, how can I delete an ID Registration? No answer above was helpful ...
I forgot security phrase and I haven't saved that bull**bleep** email and I can nowhere read an instruction to drop my Blackbery ID
