I have a blackberry curve and i recently reset my password because i cannot remember my old password. the new password works well on the internet site but on my blackberry device it doesn't work, it is now at a point in which it's close to blocking my phone and cannot seem to find where i can get assistance for this. Anyone experienced this? how do i sort this out?

If you're unable to enter the reset password in your device then your then your last attempt was not succesful ! Please try this KB and try to rest it again :
KB26361 :How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.
If problem persists then you have to to follow this Knowledge Base :
KB28212 : "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
Try it and let us know if you feel any problem.
