I try to login to my blackberry ID account via blackberry app world but it gives me this error! "Unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I'v tried to set my time to automatic and everything but it still gives me the same error. Iv also tried to reset my password but it still gives the same problem. Please HELP !

Yes, I am able to login there with my username and password. But im not able to login on my phone! I enter the correct username and password but it says "enter the username associated with this smartphone"

when you are in AppWorld, try finding an entry in the menu to log off MyWorld.

There is no entry to logging out when I open Appworld

this seems to indicate thatyour device is currently not logged in. Can you confirm that? What happens when you enter MyWorld? do you see a list?

When I try to enter MyWorld it asks me to login. I enter the correct username and password but it gives me a message inreturn saying "enter the username associated with this smartphone"

Hello,

another user has found a solution to this problem and posted it in these forums. The main idea is to clear the AppWorld cache :

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3 Clear the cache :

- For Storm & Pearl devices : show the keyboard, hold the num-lock ("!?123") button so it locks and then hit the three characters : 3 4 (
- For other devices: hold down the ALT key and press the three keys R S T

4. If your device is locked after that, perform a battery pull reboot.
