None of this stuff is working for me and I have the same problem as when I go on blackberry app world it comes up ' blackberry identity update needed , would u like to install ? And I click yes and it loads and then say blackberry's identity installation failed , please try again later xx
I have now deleted blackberry appeared and don't know how to get it back xx could u please help jsanders

There are more things in this thread than you have reported as attempting. Therefore, please scroll up, read, and try the various things listed to see if they apply to your situation. Then, if they don't work, report back on exactly what you tried, exactly what you expected from each step of what you tried, and exactly what happened at each step. Include all error messages, complete and exact, with all punctuation as well.

Hello,
I've just updated my BlackBerry using the BlackBerry desktop software and now I have a problem with the BlackBerry ID. Everytime I open app world it says that "App World requires the latest version of BlackBerry ID.". When I click "upgrade" I get this message "Sorry, there is no compatible version of BlackBerry ID available at this time.".
I've tried every possible solution. Folowing the KB29300 I successfully managed to update BlackBerry Identity, but after rebooting the phone I was asked to update BlackBerry ID once again and I got the same "no compatible version" message. I don't know what else to do.
I have a BB Bold 9780
6.0 Bundle 2949 (v6.0.0.668, Platform 6.6.0.236)
The version of the App World is 4.0.0.55
The version of BlackBerry Identity is 6.3.0.14
