Re: Blackberry Protect/App World Sign in Help

Hey,

Did you change your password using the following method?

------------------------------------------

1. Go to

    https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/recoverpassword/

2. Enter Your Email Address (Username) and the verification code.

3.Click Submit.

4.You will recieve a password reset link at your email address.

5.Click the link and reset your password.

Re: Blackberry Protect/App World Sign in Help

Thanks for your reply!

I have changed my password twice and it seems to work okay on my computer, just not on the handset..

Have you any suggestions?

Thanks

Re: Blackberry Protect/App World Sign in Help

Hey,

Try performing a hard rest.

Remove your battery for 30 seconds and then replace it.

Also, its better to update App World and Blackberry Protect.(if they are not the latest versions)

Go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and www.blackberry.com/protect from your Blackberry Browser and download the latest versions.
