Blackberry Protect

Hi, I have Blackberry Protect. I'm currently in another country with only wifi access on my phone. My phone kicked out and I recently had to reload all my info and programs on my BB via the internet which was successful. But it also means that I lost all my contacts. I can't access Blackberry protect with only wifi on my phone. Was wondering if there was a way I can access my data through the web or something. I've tried everything. Frustrating to know my data is stored somewhere but I can't get to it.

Any help will be appreciated!

Re: Blackberry Protect

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given what you describe, it is probable that you will not be able to succeed until your BB returns to it's "home network"...reloading everything likely caused the required Service Books to also be wiped out, and those are delivered to the BB via the home carrier network. Typically, the SBs cannot be delivered via WiFi nor when roaming on a non-home network.

I wish the answer were better for you, but that's sadly how the system works.

Good luck!
