Hi,

The App on Z10 doesn't have the ability to sort-by????  Can't seem to find an option to sort-by.  

If there isn't an option to sort-by ... That's just nuts - add it!

If there is ... I'm just nuts - please show me how!

Sort by what? Alpha?

There are categories for Apps, Games, Music, Vids.

You want to sort a search after a general search?

Sorry - my bad.

So i search for an app or i go to "top paid apps" or an individual category (say "books").

I want to sort by #-downloads, rating, price, etc.

Also, 

"New arrivals" group is missing in the "Apps" and "videos" and "music" category - it's there in the "games" category.

try this:

1. when I do a search in BlackBerry App World (using the search icon, or digging in the categories)
2. when I view the results listing
3. I can scroll up, and this will reveal three drop-down menus:

• Sort by (Popular / Highest Rating / Name AZ / Name ZA / Newest)
• Filter by (Free & Paid / Free / Paid)
• Minimum Rating (Any / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5)

And the wonderful thing is that I can mix all that! Meaning I can view the free apps that have at least 4 stars, and sort them by popularity.

And then I can download several apps at the same time.

What more can you ask for?

Xandrex, I don't see those choices on the z10 either.

They are available! I didn't realize what he meant at first either.

Do this: open app world.. Click categories... Click games and action... then read at the top it says popular, free and paid, any rating... drag down from there to expose the menu. then u can can change it!!!

Was very happy to see that there - going to start dragging down on all native made for BlackBerry apps to see which other apps have hidden functionality like this.

I do see that now, but ONLY if you first go to Categories and and then to a subCategory.

I do not see it if you first search a term; the pull down sorting option is not available.

indeed, when you do a search, it does not work anymore.

It worked when I posted the message.

I have so much difficulty understanding the strategy used by BlackBerry for the BB World in terms of features.
