I've been attempting to download a paid game for my new Z10. I've gone thru the phone's appworld function, made my selection and confirmed payment (tried both PayPal and credit card). Then I get a message saying the Blackberry World server is not available and to try again later. The thing is, shortly thereafter, I get an email message confirming payment. I have no problem paying for something I want, but I would like to see the product. The game has yet to be downloaded to my phone. Anyone have any ideas?

If you search under My World, is the application listed there? Also when you got the BlackBerry World error, was there an error number listed?
Also were you connected to the mobile network or Wi-Fi network when trying to make the purchase?

The game does not appear in My World. I attempted to purchase the game on both the Bell mobility network and my in-home wireless.
The error message reads as follows: "Payment error - Blackberry World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry World server. Verify your network connections and try again.".
In all attempts (numbering four now) I get a purchase receipt from BB World sent to my email. My Paypal account shows a transaction was made. I've changed my payment details from Paypal to credit card and the game still will not download to my phone.
Just as an aside - I have no problems whatsoever downloading free apps and games. Those all install to my phone properly.
