Then I'm at a loss. Are you sure that AppWorld is not blocked by your country?
Given all of this, all I can recommend is you contact your mobile service provider for formal support and escalation up to BlackBerry. This is a very strange situation, and I'm thinking that only formal support can look deeper into what is going on.
