Blackberry World always requires Restart Device

I'm using Blackberry Torch 9860. After I installed Blackberry World (the last version or version 4.x), it always requires Restart Device while I did not install any app..And this popup appear when I launch BB World...

How to fix it??

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with BlackBerry World. 

 

After you installed BlackBerry World, did you complete the reboot? If not, this prompt will keep popping up as a reboot is required after the installation.

 

Please click on the Restart Device box.

 

After the reboot completes, launch BlackBerry World. Does this notification appear or is it gone?
