yea, thats where i asttempted to upgrade the bbm from. i also tried on the website but to no avail

ok so i logged off of app world and created a new account using a different email addy associated with my bb and eventually it worked!! FINALLY111

To solve my problem i created a new BB AppWrold account using another email addy attached to my phone and it worked.
