Hello there.

 

Please can somebody help me.  I broke my Blackberry Bold the other and have brought a curve untill i get my bold fixed. Im trying to log into my Blackberry ID however i've forgotten my password. Blackberry asks me to enter my e-mail address which is (personal info removed)@yahoo.co.uk but it says this is an invalid ID.

It will work if I enter .COM at the end but thats not my e-mail address.

 

Please can someone help me x x x x
