Blackberry stolen - how to I delete my app world account
Hi,
some time ago I had my blackberry stolen. I reported to carrier and they blocked etc so no issue there.
however, how do I now cancel my blackberry Id - I was also subscribed to blackberry music and I'm still being charged the monthly fee but don't know how to cancel.
i haven't got access to a blackberry phone (I didn't replace with a blackberry)
Please help because I can't find info anywhere on how to cancel without having a blackberry device
