Blackberry world problem

Good Evening,


i have this problem with my Blackberry Z10 !! the blackberry world has been stuck for 2 dyas now !! and loading !! it is never open !! although i can log in from laptop and check the account normally !!

 

what should i do !! i already have the latest update for the software too !!

 

please i need a solution !!

  • On your Z10, go to your Music or Games icon.
  • Tap the lower right three dots overflow icon and touch BlackBerry World.
  • Now, BlackBerryWorld should start for you.

If you dont find the blackberry world in your music app, try this fix:

  • Exit the Blackberry World. Go to the games app.
  • At the bottom tap on games.
  • At the right bottom, you will notice three dots. Tap the dots
  • Tap the option to enter the blackberry world. Wait until the screen is loaded
  • Swipe right to Enter My World - > My Apps and Games.
  • Tap the three dots again to check for updates.
  • Update all the apps and close your App World.
  • Try accessing the app world in the standard way. Everything mus be fixed by now.
