Bold 9700 Doesn't Turn On!!!!

"Hi there, I've been facing great problems in turning on my Bold 9700 mobile. I just changed the sim card and from then the cell is not turning on. Whenever it stars to turn on after a few seconds it restarts, then again the action reply... I can't even charge it as it keeps turning on and restarting again and again. Can anybody help me????"

Start the BlackbBerry SafeMode  delete all third party apps and restart then in normal mode
