My Appworld icon has disappeared and nothing I do seems to get it back. I can download the new version but the icon never appears. I have tried to do everything via the website but this will not accept that my BB is connected so wont download anything and attemtping to download an app using the device web facility gets refused, apparently the BB isnt an acceptible devive to use the internet, even to access the BB site!

Help anyone.

Didn't seem to help. For a start I don't have a "show all" option on the BB home page so cannot try that anyway.

It still does not explain why the website will not recognise the BB as being connected when it clearly is.
