Can I regain access to appworld?

Hi, I've been using a blackberry curve 8520 and have been having access to app world. However, I sold that phone and upgraded to a bold 9780(currently in use). The problem is, the account I used on the curve is the same used to access app world with the bold. I gave the account details to the purchaser and now app world says incorrect password. I figured the account's password got changed. Can I create a new app world account and regain access to app world?

What is the full error message you receive when attempting to login to the BlackBerry App World™ storefront on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone?
