Cannot create Blackberry ID

I recently upgraded Blackberry App World but I cannot create an ID. When I click on the link to create one, all I get is a green bar that says "loading" and it doesn't go anywhere, even if I leave it for 20 minutes. Any ideas? It means I can't download any apps, even free ones!

Was having the same problems with my husbands phone and getting very frustrated.. I have found this which may help you.

How does this help ?

I have a bold 9700 and a BB id plus I get the same error. Cant use appworld let alone login without getting the id update error.

Please help .I 've been searchin the web without any succes !

Dear sir / madam,

appreciated, need your help to soft my problems as well.

Because I cannot create Blackberry ID, my Blackberry model 9810.

Very hope that Blackberry management team can give me a hand to soft this kind of problems as fast as you can.
