Cant't get on blackberry app world...

hey so i have had my blackberry for a while now and ive tried everything i can think of to get on blackberry app world i even called up orange and they said its fine but it wont let me on still and it says this everytime i try to get on Blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. verify your network connections and try again. ive tried wifi, topping up, calling up about and still nothing whats wrong with it? thanks!..

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
