I have an BlackBerry Bold 9930. I recently did a Security Wipe on it and I am now trying to re-install my apps. Certain apps that have been installed on the device prior to the wipe are now saying they are "Not Available for this device". Two specific are BlackBerry Messenger which I thought was made for all BlackBerry Devices and Pandora. Is there a way to fix this issue, if so how? This is a little frusturating, I have been a BlackBerry customer for several years and I have never had this issue. Help please.
Thanks
Curtis

Both of those apps are certainly available for the 9930.
For BBM, use your browser to go to www.blackberry.com/bbm
In your AppWorld > MyWorld hit the Menu key > Refresh List and see if Pandora becomes available as a reinstall.

The direct link did allow me to download BBM, and I was able to download Pandora from www.pandora.com, but I am still unable to download these apps from AppWorld.

On your BlackBerry, please look at Options > Device > Applications.
What is the version of AppWorld installed?

Ok, that is the latest version of AppWorld.
I don't understand the prohibition now allowing you do download Pandora.
You can refresh your AppWorld and try again, that's all I know...
For BlackBerry App World 3.0 and 4.0:
