i am using curve9300,06

An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again.

I cant find that option in my bb,pls help

Hello,

It might be called Encryption on your BB...it changed at some point in the OS development cycle:

Also, this KB might apply:

You also can search the KBs for better matches to your exact situation.

Can you use the on-device AppWorld interface when not tethered to the PC?
