Re: ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved

Hello khihdartop,

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Are you connected to a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server? If you are then your IT admin may have placed restrictions on your internet usage.  If you are not connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server then you will want to contact your wireless service provider to see if they have any restriction in place.

Re: ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved

Hello khihdartop,

There are IT policies that can restrict access on the device. Do you know what has been set in your IT policy? If you have not set anything specific to restrict browsing then I would suggest you contact your service provider to see if they have any browsing restrictions.
