Email Setup Problem

Please, my 9700 does not open my Internet mail account option rather the enterprise account option. This has made me subsribe to a lesser subscription which does not include "push emails". If I click on the option the screen just blinks and remains as it is... Help people!!! Thanks...

Re: Email Setup Problem

Can you be a little more specific? I have no idea what your question is.

Re: Email Setup Problem

I mean, my email account cannot be configured... I don't receive my emails on my phone. The setup doesn't work, if I click on the option meant for the BIS option (internet mail account) my screen just blinks sometimes nothing even happens if I click on it... Seriously confused.

Re: Email Setup Problem

If you subscribed to a lesser subscription that does not include email you won't be able to enter the email setup options.

Re: Email Setup Problem

The best thing to do is contact O2 and have them ensure your device is provisioned properly for BB services and have them assist you in getting your email working.

Re: Email Setup Problem

Ok! The first subscription I did made me discover the problem that's what made me change the type of subscription I subscribe to. But am thinking of reloading the OS... Would that help?

Re: Email Setup Problem

Possibly. It's possible that your email setup application is corrupted and a reload could help. However, I would check with your carrier first before you go to all that trouble reloading the OS.
