Error 0003-0005 (playbook

I know this problem is a bit old and most of you guys would say do whatever it say here:http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/viewdocument.do;jsessionid=EFD118960E30995BF53A2656E08256A2?... but it doesn't work for me. Do any of you have any other solutions for this problem??? I really wanna download creavures and shadowgun.

What size MB model Playbook do you have?

Please touch the Options gear icon at the top right of the device > About > Hardware.

 

What is the FREE STORAGE listed there?

FREE MEMORY?
