I'm trying to make purchases in the App world and tried to register 3 different credit cards but getting error message 12000 and that my card can't be registered. All 3 cards are working cos I make internet purchases with them. Please what should I do?

Are you attemptiong to use an American Express Credit card? If yes, Please have a look at the following article the covers the following error "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. (Error Id: 12000)"

I have the same problem! The same error id and no I'm not using American Express. PLEASE HELP!!

My credit card was working before the last app world update but now I'm having the same problem using the same credit card (Visa) and I even tried 2 different cards but no luck.

Hey, am having same problem, just paid for RepliGo pdf Reader Online with my visa card and app world isn't accepting my card. I also use my mastercard same issue. Any help please. Thanks
