The first time I tried this it did not work - same 30702 error message.  I immediately clicked on Payment Options again and it worked!

Sorry guys, I've lost you all; where is the "payment options" you're talking about ? i can't get past the home screen into My World ...

Nevermind, it's fixed somehow (and i don't know what did it).

Go to: Blackberry App World > My Account > Payment Options

Once you log in, you can back out or return to App World and be set.
