I tried a lot to solve this issue. Even Vodafone executives can’t solve this. I was fed up & thought of changing the phone. With your suggestion, I over came the problem. Thank you very much.

OK, I see it.
One try: - try to login Online - https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/home
I couldn't do that. So I had to reset my password and after a few tries, I can do this online.
Try this 2 times. You must login, logout and login. If this works, try to connect to the app world by using the payment options. This is the way it do it for me.
