Did any of you guys got a response of your "tweets" or helpdesk queries?
I don't understand how dumb RIM management has to be to not have a clear communication regarding such a huge problem effecting so many countries. I have a brand new Playbook just sitting idle for the want of paid apps. I am thinking of trading it with the iPad2.
I have been an ardent fan of BlackBerry for more than four years now, but it seems RIM management doesn't cares about customers anymore - only fighting for the top post seems to be on RIM's execs' minds.

I am also facing the same problem of error 9300 on my Torch. The funny thing is I've purchased apps before and this problem happened after I accidentally reinstalled app world on my BB. I've tried everything that have been suggested here but am still stuck.
Initially I paid for the apps through PayPal and paid in USD. Now the price of apps are displayed in INR (before it was USD).
Any one got some other solution?

Half of the application on Mobihand or Handango send Appworld links for downloading/buying an application.

i would like to be able to provide help to other Blackberry users if I can. I too would like to see BB grow afterall I have been using the system for so long and I still have no intention to change.
if you ask us to go to the Online Support Site for our issues, perhaps you have already been there and found out the solution to our problem in our discussion and you would like to share it with us.
Thanks.
