Just been looking at the supposed FREE premium apps to download for free seeing as BB and RIM messed up but funnily enough when u go to download the app it comes up asking for payment details?

Come on BB and RIM I aint that gullable and wont be downloading them till I clearly see that it says FREE for the app itself

Or they playing their clever cards and for 4 weeks trying to get extra cash out of us to the stupid ones who will click pay for the app when it should be free

You're doing somewthing wrong then

Only DriveSafe.ly is currently free, other Apps haven't been put on the list yet.

All you can get for free is what is listed as free on the *Thank You Gift* category of App World - If it's not there you still pay.

What did you expect, everything to be free at once, and the App World servers to crash under pressure.

In fact the press release from RIM made it clear that there would be a 4 week time period that the Apps were released over.

PS: How the hell go RIM get money if you download a 3rd party App?

Not all the apss are available at once.
In Appworld 3 you should see appearing a box with "Thank You" on it.
For the moment only the first application is released in that box: Drivesafe.ly.

The rest is yet to come.
But I guess it is verry important that you go to those apps via the "Thank You" box
