HELP I NEED AN ANSWER?? BBZ10 STL-100-1

i got my blackberry z10 model STL-100-1 from saudi arabia and everytime i tried to download Whatsapp it keeps showing a
n error installing application and required software release  10.0.10.82(os version 10.0.10.648) my software version is 10.0.9.348  i tried many times to check for updates from settings but it keeps showing that i have the latest software...

1-when the softwere gonna be releaced for model STL-100-1 saudi arabia ????? 

2-is there other ways to download whatsapp ???

 its been 4 months since i got this phone i tried everything

Are you using a saudi arabia carrier right now?
