HELP!!

I am trying to update my Blackberry App World.  When I get the message for the upgrade and click on it, I get this message "There is an issue with the current session.  Please log in to continue.  (Error Id 30702)".  I have always been able to just click on the "upgrade" and it does it.  This may sound really stupid, but how do I get the screen on my phone to log in?  I have been all over the internet and the phone.....if someone can please help, I would appreciate it.  Thanks! --Debbie

Close your AppWorld application.

Using your BlackBerry browser, go to this URL: www.blackberry.com/appworld

 

and download / install from there.
