Having a problem with an app which is stuck in the "download" mode in My World

How can I resolve this problem.  I have a Storm 9530 and the nuTsie application is stuck in the "download" mode.  The application is actually on the device and working but I think the fact that it is trying to download is killing my battery.  can someone help me to either complete the download or cancel/ delete this process?

We have seen some other users having the same issue in this thread. We are currently looking into it for them.

 

What version of the device software are you running? You can get that from Options >> About.
