Waqar, you've stated you have no Data Plan attached to your account - this would be the reason App World does not work.
In order to use App World you need a Blackberry Data Plan.

Does your brother have the BlackBerry Data Plan with Telenor?
Have you deleted AppWorld, rebooted and reinstalled it from www.blackberry.com/appworld ?

Ok Sir i'll try updating it and let you know if i get success.. i will probably tell you tomorrow because tonight after update phone will b rebooted and i know it will work
