Help - App World app has completely frozen my phone

Hi - can anyone advise?  My daughter downloaded a theme from App World, and it's completely frozen her phone.  Even if I take the battery out, it comes back on a the same page completely frozen, I can't do anything with it.  Any advice?  Thanks

Start her BlackBerry in SafeMode.

  • While in SafeMode, change your theme back to a normal stock theme.
  • go to Options > Advanced > Applications and delete that theme.
  • reboot your device in normal mode.
