Help with my BlackBery world ID.

Good Day. 

 

Since I registered with blackberry world I have failled to remember what I password is. I have also not recollection of what I email password might me. I also dont remember the secruty questions for either of the passwords. 

As a result have never been able to enjoy the benefits of my Blackberry phone. 

 

Is there a way that I can reset everything on my phone and reregister again. I am really starting to feel like I am running out ot options.

You can try to reset your BlackBerry ID password ,refer to this link

  • KB26361  : How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.
  • KB28232 :BlackBerry ID reset email is not being delivered to the associated mailbox

There are ways to reset or start all over again but I prefer first try to reset your password.

Please I'm seriously having issues with my blackberry I'd,its sayin my I'd has been locked,what do I do plz?

If you have entered to many wrong password your BlackBerry ID may lock you, You can try reseting your BlackBerry ID password from the Knowledge Base already mentioned , or refer to this Knowledge Base :

 

KB24157 : BlackBerry ID Lockout Behaviour .
